PAINFULLY HONEST
I don’t think I like that phrase. Being truthful and honest shouldn’t hurt. If done in a respectful manner. Compared to the alternative, a life full of lies, I’d rather endure hat ever pain honesty comes with. I know that that pain will subside. That is a good kind of pain. The type pain referred in the phrase “no pain. No gain”. That’s really all I ask for in any type of relationship, whether it be a partner in life or a partner in crime. But unfortunately, some people mistaken being honest with being a bitch. There is a fine line between the two but everyone including me often blurr them. Being honest is respectful it could hurt someone’s feeling but if somehow they take a positive lesson out of it then you should be in the clear.
